Your role As a conformity engineer (m/w/x) you take a central role in product development and ensure the consistent development of highly innovative solutions. In multidisciplinary development teams you will: Conduct the conformity assessment procedure in new product development projects and sign the final approval as a conformity officer
Coordinating, structuring and testing the technical documentation in accordance with legal requirements – with emphasis on machine regulation and cyber resilience
Expert departments and external partners advise and coordinate in implementing regulatory and normative requirements – focusing on the semiconductor market (SEMI) and relevant target markets (e.g. USA, Taiwan, South Korea)
Research, analyse and translate new regulatory and technical requirements for new and existing products into concrete measures
Moderate, document and contribute significantly to device safety
Select, commission and coordinate internal and external testing sites and ensure that current material compliance regulations (e.g. REACH/RoHS) are complied with
