Information Security Manager (m/f/d)

In your new role, you as a member of our compliance management team take on information security management. This includes Further development and strengthening of our information security management including requirements NIS 2. Building an Incident Response Team in the context of emergency management for cyber security and other information security incidents in cooperation with our IT. Investigation of safety-relevant incidents. Establishing a reporting system on cyber security or near cyber security incidents and performing Lessons Learned in cooperation with IT, Purchasing and QS. Review of information security for suppliers and other business partners in coordination and cooperation with the purchase. You are first contact persons for internal and external information security issues. You support the external ISB in performing its tasks and responsibilities. Creation of the safety concept and associated sub-concepts including the coordination of system specifications in close cooperation and coordination with IT. Creation of implementation plans for security measures and initialization of implementation of the same in close cooperation and coordination with IT. Check and, where appropriate, update the Information Security Directive from time to time. Development of work instructions in the concretisation of the Information Security Directive. Establishment of an internal and external reporting unit according to NIS 2 requirements. Support of safety-relevant projects. Organisation and implementation of training for LHB and subsidiaries (in cooperation with the respective local compliance officer). Organisation of the Working Group on Information Security and regular exchange with participants in the fields of data protection, compliance, IT, purchasing and the external ISB. Advice and support for the subsidiaries in line with the existing compliance management system.

Successfully completed studies as an information engineer, economic engineer, alternative First Legal State Exam or comparable training Organisational skills and the ability to develop and structure something new in the team Communication and argumentation skill paired with intelligent enforcement capability fluent English language skills in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A responsible, carefully working and interdisciplinary thinking and standing person who has service-oriented and with a strong team spirit has fun on occasional service trips to the yacht locations of their customers (share travel: about 15%)
