In the field of technology, you will take over the following tasks: You are the technical contact for the introduced software AiBATROS. In this context, you support the implementation of updates, adapt the training content and support in supra-regional evaluations. With your expertise, you will develop and monitor the technical structural standards in the housing management. You advise the regional areas in all technical matters. You will also advise on the planning of investment and construction needs in coordination with the regional areas and in cooperation with external service companies in the field of construction measures.

In the area of purchasing management, you will take over the following tasks: You will also work with the procurement needs planning in the central office for regional needs. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, service trips, in the range from about 5 to 20 days per year, also throughout the federal territory, are incurred. Qualification: You have a completed university degree (Bachelor/FH) with a technical background (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, construction management) or with an immovable relationship.
