Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

Technical support of customers on site and through remote applications Analysis of disorders and diagnosis to determine corrective actions Installation, maintenance and removal of systems by the customer, mainly in the D-A-CH region Determination of the amount of damage and repair and creation of offers for the customer Support for service training as well as the preparation of training documents, test lists and work instructions Support for customer hotline (First Aid) Documentation of service cases in the service CRM, creation of tickets and maintenance of customer data Basic technical support for other product lines Instruction of users in the operation of analysis devices Working and carrying out testing and repairs at the Karlsruhe plant (if necessary)

You have technical or scientific training Technical expertise in electronics and mechanics Ideally multi-year experience in handling Bruker AXS X-ray devices You have a friendly and secure appearance in dealing with customers Safe in handling all common PC operating systems and networks Good English in Word and Writing and German Their personality is also characterized by team skills, durability, reliable and systematic work, high readiness to use, independent working and flexibility You work customer-oriented and have a sense of responsibility, the willingness to travel and are in possession of a valid passenger car driving licence of class B
