HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Competent contact person for executives and employees (approximately 200 employees) in all personal questions – from labour law and collective bargaining to basic personal questions Consultative support of executives through the development of concrete, implementable HR solution approaches and the creation of precise decision-making templates Continuous development and optimization of HR processes – including across areas – in close cooperation with the plant manager Responsibility for the entire recruiting, including personnel needs analysis, alerts, selection processes and support for applicant management Control of personnel planning and HR control for the plant, including reporting and deriving of measures Confidential and constructive cooperation with the works council, including preparation and support of relevant personnel measures

Completed studies of business management, psychology, law or a comparable qualification (e.g. personnel specialist businessman/woman). Multiannual professional experience in the human resources sector in a comparable function – ideally in a manufacturing company with a collective agreement between the metal and electrical industries Secure handling of numbers, data and HR key figures; You create meaningful reporting and analysis and derive sound measures Impressed team orientation and joy in cooperation in a dynamic, international environment.
