The cooperative ''Freie Bildung NRW eG'' is a community of non-profit schools in North Rhine-Westphalia. Members operate state-approved replacement schools and daycare centres. Our aim is to support the members through the following services: Standardization of procedures Building a customized IT infrastructure Bundling of know-how Common use of resources We work mainly in home office and meet regularly in online meetings. The Executive Board is active at the Freie Schule Eifel in Heimbach as well as the Freie Aktive Schule Wülfrath in Wülfrath. If desired, jobs can be created there. We are looking to expand our business immediately or later Account Manager (m/w/d) at home office in parttime or full time

Financial accounting: preparation and management of financial accounting, taking into account administrative and non-profit requirements. Use of the SKR42 account framework and compliance with the requirements of the district governments and youth offices.

Income bills: monthly wage and salary bills. Specific adjustment for billing according to regulatory requirements for replacement schools, full-time care and kindergartens.

Completed training as a tax specialist or comparable qualification Experience in the creation of wage and salary bills Structured, independent working and pleasure in work in the team Own-responsible handling of tasks with deadline setting Datev knowledge is advantageous handling of SKR42 and the requirements in the non-profit area is advantageous
