Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 of our fire protection industry. We are represented in Germany with more than 20 locations, including our own pipe production in Elmenhorst. Our group includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 700 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water quenching, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing and fire alarm systems. Our extensive range includes individual fire protection concepts as well as the maintenance and repair of all plants.

You support the management in operational day-to-day business, in particular in the commercial sector, as well as in strategic projects You organize and carry out projects independently – in direct cooperation with the management and specialist departments You participate in real estate management and real-state projects: you support and coordinate tasks related to the management, development and optimization of corporate real estate (including lease contracting, monthly reporting) You work with Mergers & Acquisitions You create and manage reports, analyses and presentations for management You plan and organize dates, meetings and events You optimically run processes and perform special analyses You work with monthly reports and controlling themes of subsidiaries and sister companies

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of Business Administration You have a high level of resilience and also remain in challenging situations, solution-oriented and sovereign You have first professional experience in controlling or auditing or consulting You show sovereign time management, efficient planning and a very good work organization You bring a high degree of self-initiative, a very good understanding and high readiness to perform with Your appearance is friendly and safe, with a good expressiveness in word and writing You are very sure to deal with the MS Office programs and have very good English skills
