Order manager in the field of customer management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for controlling the customer orders in the departments and are responsible for the status tracking of the assignments You control the implementation of the incoming, in particular the complex and interdepartmental, offer requests and customer orders, and monitor the timely order implementation You work closely with account management and inform about the order status/variances and relevant changes You monitor and report the order processing in the agreed quality and in the agreed time You work closely with the departments and, among other things, coordinate the required capacities and responsibilities You monitor and control external service providers and suppliers and work with procurement You are involved in quality, complaint and escalation management

You have a successfully completed university degree in the business sector or the like. You can also apply if you have equivalent skills and experience through your IT-commercial training or due to your professional qualification and multi-year relevant activities You ideally have experience in consulting and supporting customers in larger and heterogeneous IT infrastructures Basic knowledge of common information technologies (computer center operation, operating systems, networks, IT tools, hardware, IT projects) are desirable Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) are required You have a customer- and solution-oriented appearance, a pronounced communication capability and a high understanding of service Experience in the field of public administration would be desirable You master the German language (C2) in word and writing. A secure written expressability, a good handling of numbers and pronounced analytical skills are also required
