In your role as a social pedagoguein / social workerin (w/m/d), you take over not only a responsible task, but you become the focal point of the personal and professional development of our participants. Together we accompany them on their way to a successful future. Consulting & support: You are there for our participants - with individual solutions, targeted advice and behavioral training you accompany them through all challenges. Design the future: You gradually bring young people to the training and employment system and strengthen them with targeted social and network work. Individual support: With funding plans, target agreements and your constant support, you document the development of our participants and help them to develop their potential. Agency & Cooperation: You work closely with institutions, public institutions, teachers and labour mediators in order to successfully integrate participants into operational testing or working conditions. Interface for all parties: As the first contact person*in, you ask for an effective exchange with reference persons, cooperation partners and other stakeholders.

Expertise: You have a degree in social education, social work or special education. Alternatively, you bring a training to the state-recognized educator*in with relevant additional qualification Emotional intelligence: You are characterized by empathy, communication strength, team skills and the joy of dealing with people looking for work Structure & ownership: You work independently, organize and are ready to work constructively with the social environment of participants and other partners Knowledge of social law: Ideally, you have solid knowledge in the Social Codes, especially with regard to funding opportunities and labour market-related measures Important: An extended guide certificate is required
