Customer support in writing, telephone and via portals Order processing, appointment tracking, complaint processing, master data maintenance Editing your queries Creation of export documents and support in receivable management Contact person for the external service and the production control (interface function) Participation in planning meetings and cooperation in new projects

A successfully completed commercial training, ideally experience in customer service Experience with ERP and CRM systems as well as good user knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook and teams Good English language skills Communication strength, team skills and a structured working style Joy in customer contact and hand-on mentality
