Planning, organisation and implementation of technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics and mechanics Configuring theoretical and practical training contents according to the training framework plan professional guidance in the execution of activities according to the prior art and assessment of trainees Development and optimization of training concepts, training documents and training processes Cooperation with projects in the field of training and in cross-departmental projects in the technical environment Preparation, implementation and monitoring of audits and cooperation with vocational schools, chambers and internal departments Perception of the function as responsible electrical safety specialist in the field of production and logistics: production of compliance with all relevant electrotechnical regulations, standards and legal requirements technical responsibility for the safe operation of electrical installations and equipment Support and advice of executives and specialist departments in all electrical safety issues

Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, health and accident prevention in training and employment

completed vocational training in the field of electronics and/or mechatronics completed further education on the technician or master in the electrotechnical and/or mechatronic field Training according to AEVO and several years of experience as trainers Qualification to take over the role as responsible electrical safety specialist multiannual practical experience in the technical or industrial environment high sense of responsibility and security pedagogical skills and joy in working with young people Communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability
