As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. The CU ERP Customer Application Management (CAM) is a key component of the CS ERP. The Armor team provides the 2nd level support in the SAP PS and SAP PPM shares of the Bundeswehr.

SAP Support Support Support in Arms, Focus on SAP PS & Procurement

Incident Management and Change Management

Analyze and develop solution proposals and solution designs in troubleshooting and minor changes and their implementation

Support as part of the conversion to S/4 Hana

Responsible for continuous monitoring of documentation

Control the implementation of solution proposals and solution designs with developers and pool resources

Support for cooperation in projects

Successfully completed study of computer science or economics or comparable training with corresponding professional experience

Multiannual Support Experience and Customizing Knowledge for SAP Applications PS & Procurement

Experience in the overall view and mapping of logistical processes in SAP

Impressed communication skills also to customers and team-oriented actions

Solution-oriented operation, high level of initiative, responsibility and flexibility

Experience in ITIL Management processes of advantage

German and English knowledge in word and writing
