Reference number: 405286 Close cooperation with our technical departments as well as active cooperation in project teams for optimal purchasing support selection, qualification and development of suitable subcontractors and suppliers, both commercial and technical Creation, testing and negotiation of work contracts taking into account BGB/VOB and project-specific requirements Responsibility for entrepreneur management: control, performance monitoring and guaranteeing contractual fulfillment Further development of the purchasing strategy and participation in the optimization of purchasing and procurement processes Implementation of tenders, comparisons of offers and price negotiations procurement processing, documentation and contract management in the ERP system Implementation of price benchmarks and coordination of cost optimization and savings projects Support in claim and follow-up management in close coordination with project management and technology You strengthen our successful team in Central Germany at the Dresden site. Commercial or technical training or completed studies, ideally with several years of experience in strategic or technical purchasing Funded knowledge in contract law (BGB/ VOB) and experience in dealing with entrepreneurs Embossed negotiation skills, cost and quality awareness Very good MS Office skills, high number affinity and strong analytical skills Organisational strength, structured functioning and high self-initiative Communication strength, enforcement capacity and an empathic appearance
