We are a motivated team of 16 employees, consisting of substitutes, disponents, quality developers, specialist workers and buyers, who work closely together with heart and passion and do not lose the humor of work even in peak times. You support us in the implementation of product ideas for our Lingerie & Dessous ranges at Lascana and the Otto Group. Many speak of “Homeoffice” – we of “hybrid or mobile work”: You can work up to 20% of your monthly working hours remotely. Our teams, together with their leadership, decide how to balance out local time and mobile work.

You support shopping in the implementation of style ideas and accompany them to production maturity. You work closely with our suppliers worldwide. You perform samples on live models and assess counter patterns, photo patterns and size sets in terms of fit and processing. Based on the fitting results, you will create ready-to-measure tables and processing specifications for the styles of our license and proprietary brands. You are analysing returns and their reasons and guiding concepts for improving the quality of goods and thus the return rate. In cooperation with the receipt of goods, you have an eye on the quality of the deliveries.
