• Professional and disciplinary leadership, incorporation and instruction of the employees

• Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented object support as well as the contractual and quality-oriented performance

• Support of branch management in operational matters

• Support and maintenance of existing customer relationships

• Planning, organisation and implementation of new facilities

• Monitoring and optimization of operational processes in the objects

• Ensure compliance with working safety, hygiene and quality standards and, where appropriate, introduction of corrective measures

• Monitoring compliance with legal, tariff and operational requirements

This will bring you with

• Reliable experience in building cleaning, ideally as an object line or area line
• Multiannual management experience in building cleaning desirable
• Personnel management experience, coupled with high social competence in dealing with people
• Service-oriented and economically predictive thinking and action
• Embossed communication and cooperation capability
• Self-safe, binding and service-oriented appearance
• MS-Office knowledge (outlook) and sapphire desirable
• Car driver license class B
