You carry out mechanical, metallographic and non-destructive material testing on samples and components according to applicable specifications, standards and specifications. You select suitable test methods using drawings, test plans and customer specifications and prepare the tests independently. You set up test and measurement means, calibrate them and ensure their proper operational readiness. You document and evaluate test results, create test and examination reports and meaningful error descriptions. You create and optimize test instructions and acceptance criteria and support their further development. You recognize quality deviations early and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of testing and quality processes.

You have completed vocational training as a material tester (m/w/d), ZfP (m/w/d), surface coating (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification. Ideally, you bring professional experience in material testing, quality assurance or non-destructive testing. You have a good technical understanding and work safely according to technical drawings, standards and test regulations. You are characterized by a careful, structured and quality-conscious way of working. You have good MS Office knowledge and document test results reliably. You like to work in the team and bring the willingness to shiftwork.
