Project Management Assistant for MEP and Plant Construction Projects (m/f/d)

Support in the preparation, calculation and commercial examination of offers and participation in the preparation, negotiation and management of project-related contracts Commercial management and support of demanding projects throughout the entire project life cycle Active appointment, cost, quality and risk management in close cooperation with sales, project management, purchasing and financial accounting Participation in the assessment, performance determination and audit Implementation of ongoing project control including cost-carrying accounting, budget monitoring, deviation analyses and development of action recommendations Creation of forecasts, target-actual comparisons, result forecasts and cost-effectiveness analyses to ensure project profitability Contract and follow-up management according to VOB/B and BGB including the evaluation, documentation and follow-up of performance changes in close coordination with the technical project management Participation in the selection, commissioning and administration of subcontractors Development of our controlling instruments and processes Use, maintenance and evaluation of project-related data in ERP, project management and reporting systems

completed commercial or technical training with relevant professional experience in the construction, technical building equipment (TGA) or in plant engineering Continuing training or studies, e.g. in technical business, economic engineering, construction management or a comparable field of expertise Multiannual experience in the commercial handling of projects or in project controlling, ideally in the field of plant construction or building main tissue Very good knowledge of cost accounting and VOB (especially VOB/B) desirable Safe handling of ERP and project management systems Embossed analytical thinking, structured working and high numerical affinity Communication strength, team spirit and a sovereign appearance Good knowledge of English If you don't know clean room technology yet – no problem.
