As a mission procure of the worldwide Catholic Missionary Order of Styler Missionaries, we are responsible for missionary awareness-raising, support for German missionaries abroad and fundraising in Germany. We are a team of 30 highly committed employees. We are looking for a(n) janitor:in / janitor:in / facility manager (m/w/d) in part or full time from 1 November

Maintenance and control of outdoor facilities and seasonal tasks such as green area maintenance and winter service Handicraft activities (e.g. small repairs, test and inspection tours, replacement and renewal of wear material) Regular control of technical installations such as elevator Coordination and supervision of craft services by foreign companies Ensuring the safety, order and cleanliness of the property and building Maintenance of the fleet (4 cars) incl. tyre change, TÜV inspections, etc. Support for staff, guests and missionaries (e.g. reorganising, building, transporting, doctoral courses) Support in our donor care (e.g. post services, reception, telephone, gratitude) also support IT support on site

Complete vocational training such as electric, sanitary or painter is advantageous Multiannual professional experience in craftsmanship Cross-disciplinary basic understanding in domestic engineering and craftsmanship Self-employed, self-employed and well-organized working methods Structured work and ability to act flexibly, situatively Service orientation German level B2 Driving licence required
