Be part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US The Corporate Safety & Ergonomics department is connected internationally and is responsible for requirements, processes, methods and IT apps in Daimler Truck AG. We work with national and international experts:inside and interdisciplinary project partners:inside. Our team consists of nine highly motivated and friendly colleagues who work with great passion. We support each other and work strategically but also in day-to-day business with competence and solution-oriented focus. We attach great importance to constructive and honest cooperation in the team and with our project partners:inside, successes and development achieve our company's security culture in a sustainable manner. The team office is located in Wörth. Mobile work is regularly used by us. With us you have the opportunity to work independently and creatively in interdisciplinary, group-wide projects and initiatives and to bring your experience from the study into the practice of a globally active company with a solution-oriented approach. These challenges include: Working in the WE CARE ABOUT US initiative on the sustainable improvement of our security culture as part of the global corporate culture initiative. Independent development and design of digital and print media for targeted security culture communication and awareness of managers and employees in production and office areas. Building a Safety & Ergonomic Knowledge Base under project participation in the new HR system landscape. Further development and design of the Corporate Safety & Ergonomics intranet appearance. Preparation and participation in national and international safety culture events for managers and employees. Creation and further development of company-wide requirements on occupational safety and ergonomics in the Daimler Truck Corporate Design.

Ideally you qualify for the internship with: Studies Communication, Media, Design, Adult Education, Psychology, Business Management, International Management or Similar Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of new media, such as intranet communities and MS Office applications Creative design, innovative and conceptual thinking & acting High commitment, motivation and flexibility Very good communication and team skills Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
