For our highly renowned clients throughout Germany and internationally, who are active in the scientifically clinical field and are represented at several locations in Germany, we are looking for a dedicated team of personnel controlling to lead a small team. Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team with four employees Development and implementation of a personal control system, including the planning of personnel costs Ensuring correct and timely payroll Creation and evaluation of plan-actual comparisons and reporting for internal and external stakeholders Designing efficient processes taking into account legal frameworks and quality standards Function as a central contact for auditors as part of the annual financial statements Initiation and implementation of digitalization projects in the area of payroll accounting and personnel control

Completed degree (Diplom or Master), for example in economics or comparable discipline Finded professional experience as well as comprehensive expertise in these areas First experience in the leadership of employees is desirable Strong numerical affinity and pronounced analytical thinking Team orientation and very good communication skills ''hands on'' mentality
