Senior Application Support Specialist for Specialized Applications - Hospital HIS (m/f/d)

Application support in the 2nd and 3rd level support of the hospital information system ( Medico (CGM) is used) and further medical applications Responsibility for operation, further development of the hospital information system (KIS) Support, implementation and monitoring of HL7 interfaces (e.g. ADT, ORU, ORM) Connection and care of medical specialist systems (e.g. laboratory, radiology, PDMS, subsystems) Close cooperation with clinical areas, medical controlling, IT infrastructure and external partners Support for system and process harmonisation in the KIS environment Application consulting and support of users across the entire application lifecycle Analysis and assessment of technical requirements and service requests and their implementation Analysis and elimination of incidents and problems in coordination with manufacturers and specialist departments Control and commissioning of support and development services of external service providers Creation and maintenance of application and system documentation Implementation of workshops and user training Planning and implementation of updates, releases and tests Co-operation in projects and acquisition of (part-)project management according to predefined frameworks Participation in a regulated readiness

Successfully completed IT training or long-term relevant professional experience in healthcare Multiannual experience in application support of complex specialist applications Multiannual experience with a hospital information system, Medico knowledge desirable, but also knowledge in other hospital information systems are welcome Funded knowledge in the HL7 (Health Level Seven) environment and in the integration of medical specialist systems desirable Experience in cooperation with clinical users and medical specialist departments Very good knowledge in the professional processes of hospitals Very independent, structured and quality-oriented operation Embossed analysis and problem-solving competence High service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills
