Total responsibility for the personnel development of the group of companies including the professional and disciplinary leadership of a nine-member team Strategic further development of the cross-target personnel development landscape for professionals and managers, young talents and trainees Conception, implementation and control of innovative, hybrid learning formats including and selection of external educational partners, trainers and coaches Expansion and strategic management of the operational training programmes Need-oriented consulting of the departments for qualification measures, skills requirements and talent programs Quality assurance and success measurement of all personnel development measures by means of key figures (KPIs) and management of cross-departmental change and cultural projects

Completed studies e.g. in the field of human resources management, economic psychology, pedagogy, business management, adult education, or educational management. As an alternative, a completed training, e.g. office businessman, personnel businessman, industrial businessman, Retail trader with relevant training Multiannual professional experience in personnel development, ideally in an environment with decentralized structures (e.g. trade, logistics or FMCG) First leadership experience in the disciplinary leadership of teams Knowledge of modern learning methods (e-learning, blended learning, learning platforms)
