Together with the team you work on the successful implementation of our construction projects. They take over the active control of the construction design – both in terms of appointments and quality, economy and organization. They plan and coordinate the needs-oriented and efficient use of personnel and materials. With your know-how, you run our after-contractors and suppliers, ensure good cooperation and ensure that all requirements are met. Compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations is your responsibility.

You have a completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification (e.g. as master, polish, technician or industrial engineer). They have been working in a similar position for several years and have valuable practical experience. They are well familiar with the VOB and the relevant occupational safety and environmental regulations. The handling of MS Office is of course for you. They work independently, structured and always act profit-oriented and cost-oriented. They think analytic and innovative and bring a high level of commitment.
