We are looking for an EHS project consultant (m/w/d) in the environment of energy technology at the next possible time at the Erlangen site. The position is now to be occupied within a 40-hour week.

The following challenges await you as an EHS project consultant (m/w/d):

• Advising and supporting energy transfer projects with regard to legal and in-house environmental, health and safety requirements (EHS)
• Use in the project with regular visits to the construction site
• Advising the project management and the project team in all EHS questions during the offer phase and project execution
• Responsibility for implementing the Zero Harm Framework in the project environment
• Guidance and technical support of the EHS colleagues on the project construction sites (including on-site operations if required)
• Collection and analysis of EHS event statistics for identifying trends and deriving preventive measures
• Implementation of EHS audits and audits at construction sites and suppliers
• Participation in the continuous improvement of the integrated management system

Your profile:

• They have a technical degree (e.g. electrical engineering) or a comparable training
• They ideally bring experience in the energy transfer business
• You have first experience in EHS on projects or construction sites
• You know yourself in project or construction site management
• You have experience in carrying out workshops, coaching and accident analyses
• You are a qualified specialist in occupational safety
• Desirable: SiGeKo training as well as knowledge in ISO [for phone number see the original ad]
• They ideally control methods for Cause Analysis (e.g. 5-Why, Ishikawa)
• They have very good MS Office skills
• Learning German and English skills complete your profile
• A first aid or fire protection aid training is advantageous
