As a specialist building manager (m/w/d) for the technical building equipment, you take responsibility for the building engineering structures of our turnkey industrial and commercial buildings. Whether supply technology or electrical engineering – your expertise is in demand. Your tasks with us: Technical responsibility at the construction site: Own-responsible building management of the TGA plants – in new construction and revitalization projects Controlling and monitoring of quality, dates, costs and quantities across the entire construction process Participation in the award: Active participation in the selection, commissioning and coordination of subcontractors Transparent billing: support in billing construction services and ensuring comprehensible cost structures Implementation in the team: Close cooperation with project and construction management throughout the entire construction phase Competent Contact Person (m/w/d): Customer Care during the Warranty Period

Successfully completed studies with a focus on supply technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification, e.g. as a master / technician (m/w/d) First professional experience in the construction management of TGA structures, ideally in turnkey construction knowledge in VOB, relevant standards and technical regulations as well as in costing and construction Safe handling of industry-standard software Responsible work, high quality standards, team spirit and communication strength We are looking forward to applicants (m/w/d), who bring curiosity, enthusiasm and first practical experience or application knowledge – in particular in the areas of lean management, timing and BIM 360 (including documentation and reporting).
