The spedition Mickeleit is an essential player in discount logistics and part of the ALDI Nord Group. Logistics services are provided in high quality and with excellent customer orientation. Every month deliveries are distributed throughout Europe from different warehouses and ports. At the Essen site we are looking for a motivated/n employee/in accounting (m/w/d) for the next possible entry date in full or part-time.

Self-conting and booking of all receipts in the debitor. Creditor and property accounts Monitoring of payment dates Payment by computer with the corresponding correspondence in the creditor area Voting credit accounts Monitoring of payment inputs, clearing of payment differences, voting of accounts in the debitor area, and using computer Calculate and book monthly periodic delimitations Creating the monthly GuV invoice / balance sheet All preparatory work on the annual accounts and the preparation of the annual balance sheet under supervision

Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in comparable role in accounting Structured, self-responsible and targeted working methods High level of accuracy and reliability High performance and motivation Safe handling of all MS Office applications Team orientation and communication skills German language skills in word and writing
