Food | unlimited | Full time The position ensures that waste disposal orders and projects for customers from the German energy supply companies (EVU), the industry as well as the public sector are handled economically, on time, specification and quality. The body combines organizational, commercial and technical responsibility and includes both internal coordination and external customer support.

Key tasks include: Participation in the creation of offers, calculations and contracts Coordination of all tasks necessary for the provision of services in cooperation with Disposal, purchasing and specialist departments structuring the scope of services and the project contents and defining the project organisation Definition and delegation of work packages within the matrix organisation or to external service providers: Creation of scheduling and cost planning and budgeting Selection, commissioning and coordination of external suppliers:inside in close coordination with purchasing Monitoring the specific, timely and costly implementation of all work packages Implementation of project change and follow-up management in accordance with relevant rules Continuous project communication with customers and relevant stakeholders: Regular creation of project status reports for line managers, customers and internal bodies Implementation of chance and risk management Processing of complaints involving other organisational units Ensuring the timely settlement of all orders Responsibility for complete and audit-proof project documentation and data management in the relevant project management system Completion of projects by customer acceptance, initiation of final accounting and finalisation of project documentation

Complete technical or commercial studies (e.g. engineering, industrial engineering, business management) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in technical or project-related tasks Multiannual professional experience in managing individual orders and project portfolios with technical background (products and services) Practical knowledge in project management as well as experience in cooperation with customers from the energy supply, industry or public sector Very good knowledge of project management methods as well as the handling of IT systems such as SAP, CRM applications and MS Office German knowledge of native language and very good English skills Impressed communication and enforcement capability, solution-oriented thinking and entrepreneurial action High team capability and willingness to cooperate in a matrix organization Structured and analytical methods, as well as the ability to clearly and understand complex facts
