Beverage filling in mind: You prepare the filling systems, control the entire process and monitor each production step. Packaging & quality: You accompany the filled products until the final packaging and pay attention to the order, cleanliness and compliance of all policies. Flexible use: You represent your colleague: in shift operation and perform different tasks in the team – exactly where your support counts. Machine work with responsibility: You carry out smaller maintenance activities, help with format changes and support for rebuilds. Safe & meticulously: You reliably comply with all safety, quality and environmental requirements. To help you actively: You are involved in LEAN projects, the creation of work instructions or improvement processes. Communication in the team: You exchange with colleagues:inside and help to improve processes.

Education: You have completed vocational training – ideally in the food or beverage industry. Technical understanding: You know yourself with production facilities and process processes and bring quality awareness. Safe in handling production systems: You work out according to standardized production specifications and keep the processes in mind. You work responsibly, team-oriented and bring your own initiative. Security Conscious: You know the basics of occupational safety and consistently implement them in everyday life. Ready to use: You bring the necessary flexibility to work in a changing production environment.
