Your job

• You are part of the team responsible for the further development of the change story about the organisational and cultural development of the HanseWerk Group.
• You develop appropriate communication measures to effectively accompany our transformation process. You measure the effectiveness of the measures you have developed and develop them continuously.
• You work with internal stakeholders across hierarchy to ensure uniform and transparent communication on strategically relevant topics in the company. ️
• You build an internal network to advance and empower change in the company and actively support our teams in the process of change.
• You connect our employees through interactive communication and exchange formats to participate in the change process and implement them independently.
• You accompany and advise on internal change processes.
• You work closely with the communication department and other departments. Your profile
• You have a degree in communication or media sciences, journalism, journalism, public relations, or the humanities.
• You have several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in internal communication, editorial or change communication.
• You are a team player: with a lot of personal responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• You have already contributed to interdisciplinary projects – ideally focusing on communication or culture – and understand cultural and organisational development processes.
