You focus on exciting and demanding AI projects, especially in the field of health care and health insurance You design and develop solutions based on Natural Language Processing, Predictive Analytics, Computer Vision and Generative AI, including analysis and preparation of data, selection of suitable models, training, prompting and optimization, as well as connection and integration The AI components will help you develop integrated IT products and ensure their sustainable productive professional use Our customers advise you in partnership from the requirement definition, conception and implementation to the production Take responsibility for quality and project success and work actively on the further development of our consulting portfolio Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and local use

Complete study of (economic) computer science, mathematics, statistics or a comparable course of study, health care reference desirable At least 3 years of professional experience in the design and development of AI projects in the healthcare sector Project experience, technical knowledge and experience with data from the field of health care and the statutory health insurance companies are required Very good methodological knowledge and practical experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning Good methodological knowledge and experience in GenAI, including Prompt Engineering and RAG Extensive programming experience in Python, experience in Java is beneficial Ideally experience in Data Strategy and Data Governance Addresse-oriented communication of complex, technical facts and experience in large IT landscapes and organizations and ideally in consulting/ IT services You bring good knowledge of German and English (ab B2 level)
