The Vivantes Humboldt-Klinikum in northern Berlin is a clinic with 10 medical specialist departments and 672 beds, of which 116 with special amenities. Around 61,000 patients are treated each year, of which 37,000 are outpatient and 24,000 are inpatient.

The Institute for Radiology and Interventional Therapy provides all clinics with the entire spectrum of imaging diagnostics and all procedures of interventional radiology. In addition to conventional X-ray workstations, a dual source flash CT and 128 lines Siemens Edge Twinbeam CT, a 1, 5 T magnetic resonance tomograph, an angiography system and two ultrasonic devices, including color-coded duplex sonography, are available. In addition to cutting image diagnostics, interventional radiology is a focus of the institute. The institute is equipped with KIS / RIS / PACS.
