We are now looking for a lawyer/economic lawyer (w/m/d) for our branch in Stuttgart as a process manager for the insolvency administration.

Procedural support of the insolvency administrator in the settlement of regulatory insolvency proceedings and the administrator in the case of self-management proceedings and support of the restructuring officer in restructuring proceedings (StaRUG) Coordination of the exchange of information between the parties involved in insolvency proceedings and independent management of correspondence Self-working of all relevant processes for restructuring and settlement of corporate insolves Preparation of the correspondence with the insolvency court (representation of opinions and expert reports) Support of creditors

Lawyer or business lawyer (LL.B., B. Sc., M.A., LL.M., etc.) professional experience in insolvency management is desirable; the job is also suitable for starters Ability to independently guide correspondence Safe occurrence Knowledge of Microsoft Office Team and communication skills
