Senior Specialist for Occupational Safety & Head of Fire Protection (m/f/d)

Strategic responsibility - together with the Head of Industrial Safety, you support the further development of concepts, standards and guidelines for occupational safety and fire protection and are responsible for implementing strategies. Advice & Training - you carry out specialist training and training for occupational safety and fire protection and are responsible for the cross-site knowledge transfer. central interface - you are the contact person for internal stakeholders, authorities, professional associations and internal and external auditors in safety and fire protection issues. Risk assessment & risk analysis in occupational safety - you support the analysis and prevention of accidents at work, are responsible for safety and monitoring of internal/external audits. Laws and standards - in the field of occupational safety and fire protection, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, regulations (e.g. ArbSchG, DGUV, ISO 45001) and internal standards. Coordination of preventive and organisational fire protection - you carry out fire protection efforts, launch fire protection-relevant reports and support the sites in complex fire protection issues.

You have a completed training as a specialist in occupational safety (m/w/d) in accordance with § 7 ASiG and you have a qualification in the field of fire protection (e.g. fire protection officer / specialist). For several years, you have successfully demonstrated your professional suitability for this position in occupational and health protection and organisational fire protection. You bring experience with integrated management systems (such as ISO 45001) and digital security/audit management systems. Good knowledge of English and experience in dealing with MS Office are beneficial to you. You bring experience in solving complex safety and fire protection issues and convince with very good communication, moderation and presentation capabilities. Analytical, structured thinking, a high level of responsibility and team capacity complete your profile. You bring travel readiness (about 40%) to our production sites.
