Tool mechanic / technician as head of tool and mould making (m/w/d)

Professional and disciplinary guidance of tool construction and tool construction with currently 30 employees Planning, monitoring and control of the design, production and service and commissioning of our injection moulding and silicone tools Creating offers for injection molding and silicone tools as well as technical advice from our customers Monitoring of new tools Coordination of cooperation with upstream and downstream departments, cost control Analysis and continuous improvement of tools and processes in tool construction Enthusiasm for new technologies in tool construction and injection moulding technology

Successfully completed technical studies or successfully completed technical training as a tool mechanic (m/w/d) with corresponding further training to the technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience, preferably in the tool building environment – ideally tools for the medical/pharmaceutical sector Self-employed and structured working methods, self-initiative and very good analytical and organisational capability English knowledge of international customers Team and communication skills, high operational readiness and flexibility as well as performance and implementation strength
