You work in the team to promote young talent and are responsible for young medical education You develop concepts and conduct projects You conduct active public relations (including lectures and presentations) You develop, organize and conduct various events You advise medical students, doctors in further education, as well as interested parties for the establishment and further education authorised doctors You provide training posts via a job exchange You establish and maintain various training alliances/networks You support the team’s promotion of young talent in administrative and organizational matters, including through the care, updating and further development of a website

A completed study, e.g. in the field of Health Marketing / Health Marketing, Business Psychology with a focus on sales in the healthcare sector, Health Economics with a focus on Marketing & Sales or Public Health or another relevant (specialist) Knowledge in the area of responsibility of a medical association and advice experience are advantageous Friendly, binding appearance and diplomatic skill Sales affinity and enthusiasm for young doctors Good presentation skills as well as safe occurrence Good analytical understanding, high solution competence, creativity and structured working Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of current MS Office applications readiness to travel within Hessens and time flexibility The place is limited until December 2027.
