Network Technician – Event IT (m/f/d)

Ensuring a stable and reliable event IT in the Konzerthaus, including network and system readiness before, during and after events Planning, installation, maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure (routers, switches, WLAN access points, firewalls, VPN) Remote support and support for project managers as well as technical contact for organizers and participants Provision of PCs, laptops, printers and other devices as well as control of network performance and IT systems to detect and avoid bottlenecks at an early stage Ensuring uniform standards and unified hardware components within our event houses

Complete training as a specialist informant or training as an event technician with additional qualification (e.g. SQQQ 10) and detectable network affinity Safe handling of router, switch, WLAN and firewall technology, experience in setting up and monitoring security-relevant accesses (VPN, WLAN passwords, VLANs) and readiness to learn for new event IT and network technologies experience, or Interest in establishing and supporting networks for sound (e.g. Dante) and lighting (e.g. ArtNet) Customer-oriented appearance, good communication skills in handling internal and external customers, high reliability and team capability High time flexibility and willingness to work in evenings, weekends and holidays, depending on the events in our event houses
