Welcome to the Kita Firebug. In our Kita we can provide a total of 60 children from the first year of life to their school entrance. The total number of care places is divided into 10 nurseries and 50 kindergarten places. We work in the open concept and each room in our kita has a focus and thus becomes an educational space. The children have the opportunity to develop in our building space, bistro, movement space, creative area, roller playroom, garden, elephant or table playroom agewise, to pursue their interests and inclinations, strengths and needs as well as their childish curiosity. With us, Klein learns from Groß and vice versa. The children are accompanied and supported by us as an educational team, attentively, cordially, openly, at eye level and individually. The conceptual focuses and columns in our kita are psychmotorics, participation, the approach to the situation, the everyday-integrated linguistic education, the respect of children's rights, as well as situational offers in old and also gender-shomogenic groups. We see the parents and families as experts of their children and as our educational partners, also to accompany the children entrusted to us in their development and Kita time. Live your strengths! From 01.04.2026 we are looking for a minimum of 35h per week: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We, the Terminal for Kids gGmbH (TfK), were founded in 2006 as a non-profit institution of childcare facilities for children aged eight weeks to school entrance and are currently owned by Fraport AG and Mr. Udo Sicker (founder and managing partner). All our facilities guarantee a high quality of care. This quality includes various additional offers that characterize us as a carrier.
