You want to join a real migration project in a study-based manner and make our data world sustainable in Microsoft SharePoint? In the area of Rental & Safety Services, our project team will help you to migrate data in a structured manner, to maintain it cleanly and to make it possible for colleagues to find it. You support 20 hours a week. The body shall be terminated until 31 December 2026.

Your future tasks: Data migration & structuring: Transfer of data into defined SharePoint areas incl. Preparation and structuring of files/orders according to the deposit and authorization concept. Permissions & roles: Implementation and securing correct folders, roles and permission structures according to project specifications. Data Quality & Cleaning:Support for the identification and cleaning of outdated, redundant or incomplete content according to defined criteria. Content preparation:Constant revision and documentation in SharePoint according to the project team's specifications. User-Support: Support for colleagues in finding their data in SharePoint Administration & Archiving: Taking administrative tasks outside the project, such as archiving and depositing.

You are a registered student*in (e.g. business, computer science, information management or comparable subjects). IT‐Skills: Very good MS‐Office skills; first contact points with SharePoint are of advantage Working: Careful, structured, independent and team-oriented. Mobility: driving licence class B desirable Experience: Do not need to count motivation and readiness
