The Department of Physics stands for excellent research-oriented teaching in modern physical topics, in particular in the field of quantum, solid-state and spin physics, as well as photonics and biophysics, and is well connected internationally. The enrolled office is located in the deanate of the department and centrally supports the further development of courses, the quality assurance in studies and teaching as well as the external representation of the department.

1. Internal coordination of the course planning in consultation with the administrative units and service institutions, e.g. Accreditation / Reaccreditation of courses Introduction, modification, further development and cancellation of courses Course planning Examination of the department Monitoring of quality assurance procedures (request, accreditation, etc.) Agreement between the departments: teaching imports/exports Supporting the information and data management system (e.g. digital module manual)
2. Conception of subject-specific concepts for improving the studyability of courses, e.g. Development and continuous development of study course documents (such as module manual, study plan, study course plans, etc.) Development of suitable instruments for student support and counselling to reduce the drop-out rate Developing a concept for checking and securing the freedom to overlap modules.

4. Working with the introduction of a global campus management system at RPTU

Measures for student acquisition and external representation of the department, e.g. Conception, organisation and implementation of information and outreach formats Participation in target group-specific marketing measures in coordination with central bodies and bodies (e.g. PR Commission) Further development of the external representation of the department (in particular web and print formats) Coordination of intra-disciplinary contributions to students

A relevant, successfully completed academic study as far as possible in physics or in natural sciences is assumed; Promotion desired High level of ownership, communication and organisational strength Possible experience in the above-mentioned tasks IT affinity, safe handling with Excel
