Cooperation in deriving M&A strategy and search fields from the corporate strategy Screening of the market according to M&A target companies based on search fields and based on transaction options that are specifically on the market Strategic/financial/operational assessment of possible scenarios for potential transactions Preparation of analyses and recommendations for management Management and implementation of concrete M&A projects / subprojects / special projects along the complete transaction process Coaching of team members, leadership of negotiation teams, support of post-Merger integration teams Stakeholder Management to ensure the acceptance of all the results

Completed economic or legal studies or comparable training Professional experience in investment banking, M&A-Advisory, transaction consulting of a Big 4 company or in a corporate M&A department Knowledge of the company's assessment and modelling of business cases and complex financial models Very good knowledge of the automotive industry Very good analytical skills (structuring problems, numerical understanding) Management Communication and Comprehensibility Negotiability and skills, intercultural competence and a high level of initiative, motivation and flexibility Very good knowledge of MS-Office German and English knowledge in word and writing
