Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The Centre shall take care of full-year-olds who, due to illness or disability, cannot obtain their affairs in whole or in part.

Your duties

• Supporting the care court in clarifying the facts, creating social reports

• Organisation and implementation of civil-law housing and demonstrations

• to help prevent other aids

• Consultation and information on general assistance issues

• Enlightenment of precautionary powers and instructions, support in their creation, certification of signatures and handmarks

• General management of legal services and procedures

• Create notifications for registration and cost accounting of supervisors (m/w/d)

Your requirement profile

(m/w/d) as an alternative

(m/w/d) Education and Training with equivalent skills and knowledge of a state-approved social education

• knowledge/experiences in the right of care or in the social field desirable

• Commitment, determination and willingness to take responsibility

• high social competence, enforcement capacity and resilience

• Ability to work independently and in the team

• Good MS Office knowledge, readiness application

• Class B driving licence, external service

The full-time job is generally suitable for part-time employment, provided that the full-day performance of the tasks is ensured. The fulfilment of the tasks of the SGB IX and the Bavarian Equal Opportunities Act in the occupation of jobs is of course for us.
