Working Student Controlling (m/f/d)

We are the GWG group based in Stuttgart. As an apartment company of the R+V insurance group we provide approx. 12,600 residential and commercial units in Germany. Around 215 colleagues form a strong team and take care of our tenants at six locations. Housing is our passion!

Max. 20 hours a week | terminated | Location: Headquarters Stuttgart Excel can you sleep – and in numbers, your head starts right? Then come to us and make data real. Structure, responsibility and smart tools included.

Analysis-Track – You will regularly start monthly and quarterly analyses, for example our technical report – and show where it really goes. Reporting Power – You support monthly reporting with your know-how and make sure that numbers make sense. Construction cost check – Deviations in the construction cost area are immediately recognized – you analyze and discuss what is happening. Invest-Insight – What do our maintenance measures really do? You reckon and deliver facts. Return review – You support in determining the need for maintenance provisions in the financial statements – reliably and accurately. In the following year you determine the consumptions and soar for transparent evaluations.

Immatriculated Student (m/w/d) – You are currently studying economics / BWL, ideally with the focus on controlling and/or real estate, or something comparable. Experience counts – You might have been able to gather these through internships or student jobs and know how the working day is going. Safe in handling tools – Excel & Co. are not foreign words for you – you have the tools under control. If you know SAP, great. If not: no stress, you learn quickly! You work exactly, think analytic and love it when everything comes up logically. Teamplayer vibes – You can not only work with numbers, but also with people – communication runs with you.
