Stable IT operation Ensuring reliable and performant IT operation Acquisition of complex 2nd and 3rd levels Technical analysis and sustainable solution of demanding disruptions Close cooperation with the IT-Desk Cloud, Infrastructure and Network Administration and development of our Microsoft 365 environment Supporting Azure Services, Entra ID and Hybrid Infrastructures Administration of Windows servers Responsibility for network and firewall topics Working in infrastructure and cloud projects Security and professionalism Implementation of technical security standards Support for compliance requirements and their technical implementation Monitoring, system hardening and continuous improvement of security architecture Further development and optimization Analysis and automation of recurring tasks in daily business Identification and implementation of optimization potentials Building clear, comprehensible technical documentation Close coordination with the IT leadership in architectural and infrastructure decisions

Studies in the field of computer science, system engineering, computer science, IT security or similar Alternatively, a training in the IT field, for example as a specialist informant Digital Networking, System Integration or comparable to professional experience in the corresponding field Multiannual or multiannual experience in system and infrastructure administration Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment Experience with Azure, Entra ID and hybrid environments Finded knowledge of Windows server administration Practical experience in the field of network and firewall Knowledge of IT security and compliance Experience with automation, ideally PowerShell Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Communication strength and service orientation Very good English skills in word and writing
