As a team leader, organizes the smooth production process in your area and ensures that all key figures are complied with The planning and management of the daily business is your responsibility – you are optimally using your team With your motivation and expertise, you support the development of your employees and support them with professional questions Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP, 5S, Lean) are actively implemented by you, while you contribute to optimisation with new ideas By participating in shopfloor and rule rounds, you make sure your area works smoothly

A completed technical training, for example in assembly technology, electrical engineering or automotive mechatronics A training as a master is advantageous, but no need Multiannual experience in assembly and leadership of teams Knowledge of Lean, 5S, CVP or CATA are a plus Safe handling of MS Office Willingness to shift work
