Project management: independent management and coordination of construction projects in housing and commercial construction – from planning to completion. Date, cost and quality management: ensuring compliance with dates, budgets and quality standards; Making decisions in the project. Planning and control: Responsibility for the construction-planning and construction-law implementation as well as the award and control of external service providers. Contract and procurement management: contract design, negotiation with contractors and contract awards according to procurement directives; Creation of decision templates. Communication and interface management: Proactive cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Expertise: Complete studies in architecture, civil engineering, project management / project development or a comparable field of expertise related to construction and real estate. Experience: At least first professional experience in housing or commercial construction, ideally in the field of construction in the existing, refurbishment and modernization. Technical understanding: knowledge of building engineering plants and stocks of different types of building age. Regulatory know-how: Funded knowledge of planning processes, regulatory approval procedures, funding guidelines, DIN regulations, structural regulations, VOB, construction regulations of Berlin and HOAI. Excessive competence: They combine assertiveness with fingertip feeling, work structured and are trained to communicate with different stakeholders in an address-oriented manner.
