You take care of suppliers in the form of operational approaches, as well as the implementation of contract and price negotiations You plan quantities of needs and orders for promotions, manage contracts and seasonal business You evaluate suppliers, create sales price calculations and conduct sub-year supplier discussions to secure and improve earnings You accompany supplier appointments and annual discussions and take responsibility for this You design the assortment based on the Category Management process and coordinate the product and quantity planning as well as the assortment support You are planning advertising in coordination with the Purchasing Management/Category Manager (m/w/d) In addition, you will answer internal and external sortiments, price and quality enquiries, create analyses and evaluate relevant key figures You prepare presentations targeted to the order of the department management You optimize processes and support and provide targeted project work You maintain and develop the brand meat program EDEKA “Building Treasures” You report to the purchasing management and department management

You have a successfully completed, business or specialist studies or a commercial training with corresponding training and can refer to several years of experience in trade You have a convincing appearance and very good communicative skills You are resilient and enduring in your actions Their work is characterised by reliability and sustainability You are structured in your approach and can think analytic and conceptual You are versed in handling MS Office products, knowledge in SAP (RT2, BW) complete your profile
