For indoor and outdoor services (full time)

Installation and commissioning of hardware and software by remote maintenance and on site Analysis and elimination of user and software errors Processing customer tickets and documentation of all requests in our CRM system Training and consulting of users by remote maintenance and on site Active cooperation with competent colleagues from other areas

Ideally a completed IT training as a specialist informatics or comparable training with professional experience Very good computer skills (PC, MS Windows, Network, MS Office) Craft skills and technical understanding Experience in handling customers Strong time management skills to manage a variety of responsibilities and set priorities Travel readiness and driving licence Class B Good knowledge of English (in word and writing)
