You develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies for new and existing tempmate offers in close cooperation with the product team. You continuously define and refine product positioning, messaging, USPs and Buyer Personas based on market and competitive analyses. You create effective sales-enablement materials (Pitch Decks, One-Pager, Immigrant Treatments and Demo Scripts) using AI tools for speed and quality. You will participate in the optimization of the content of the Tempmate website in cooperation with the external agency. You build digital content and campaigns through various channels and streamline them (manual pages, white paper, case studies, LinkedIn and e-mail) – including editorial calendars and localization.

Multiannual experience in B2B product marketing and content, ideally in the areas of SaaS, IoT, Tech hardware or supply chain/cooling chain. Practical experience and daily safety in handling AI tools to efficiently produce high-quality marketing results (core requirement). Experience in responsibility for websites and the ability to build, manage and optimize websites with no-code/low code and AI solutions, including WordPress or comparable CMS. Go-to-market experience and detectable ability to develop, implement and support GTM strategies. Extensive communication skills and independent implementation: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as strong project management and self-organization in a slim, dynamic team.
