Your duties Acceptance and processing of incoming complaints Telephone and written communication with customers, suppliers and manufacturers Examination and assessment of complaints from technical, commercial and legal aspects Decision on warranty, warranty and cunning cases Organisation of repairs, replacement deliveries and returns Examination of returned goods Decision on relocation, reworking or disposal Documentation and follow-up of all complaint processes Close cooperation with purchasing, sales, logistics and quality management Participation in the optimization of our complaint and quality processes

Not only do you check processes, but make informed decisions, agree with customers, manufacturers and suppliers and find economically sensible solutions.
