Complete study of pedagogy, psychology, BWL or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the field of personnel development in an industrial company (even internationally) Experiences with building/further development of skills/competence models, career paths and calibration processes as well as potential diagnostics Methodological and diagnostic skills as well as consulting and saving expertise with clear and solution-oriented communication Sovereign appearance and ability to introduce new concepts to stakeholders at all levels and to win them High sense of responsibility and independent, structured and pragmatic working Very good knowledge of German and English and MS-Office knowledge Impressive understanding of internal customers and openness and motivation to acquire a deep understanding of the business Experiences in the application of SuccessFactors are from Vorte
